On Wednesday (July 3), we drove over to Sexdrega to visit the west coast part of the family. We had a very nice lunch and visit at the home of Lars and Inga. We expected Inga to be in the hospital, but she greeted us at the front door. She was very happy to be home and to get to be with us in her home. I didn’t get a group picture but here are some pictures from the afternoon.

Inga and Lars on their piano bench. Lars is an accomplished piano and organ player. We visited them in 2003 and have exactly the same picture. At first I even thought the sheet music was the same. It was the same color but in 2003 it was by Scarlatti. In 2019 it it a piece by Schubert.
Caroline and I have lots of memories from this house over our visits to Sweden.
We left about 4 and drove back to Norrköping where we had pizza for supper and watched Sweden play in the Netherlands in the World Cup. Alas, the wrong team won.
