Sigtuna

We took the Arvidsson's to the airport for their 3 week adventure to Poland, Germany, and other countries. The girls were tired after their long day yesterday.

(They are really being silly)

Then we stopped for lunch in Sigtuna, a beautiful town on Lake Mälaren. We have stopped before at Tant Brun's (which is a small cafe and bakery in a very old house (1600s). We sat outside in the garden (see above) and had a nice relaxing lunch. This is Caroline with Tant Brun (aunt Brown).

Sigtuna has some very viking rune stones that have been found.

This one was found in the wall of a cellar near the St. Lars church. The red has been added to help see the runes.

We drove on the Anna and Janne's house near Norrköping where we had nice barbeque with Eva (Anna's sister), her husband Joakim, their children Vera, Alfred, and Vidar and Ulla (Eva and Anna's mother). Pictures of them tomorrow.
